Vincent believes that in an ever more globalized world, understanding each other becomes crucial to success in the business world. Mastering the art of listening is the key to entrepreneurial success, and resilience is its backbone. 


Moving from Baku to Dubai was a significiant change for Vincent and his family. Watching his father navigage a new environment and adapt with reilience taught him the importance of adaptability and perserverance. The most crucial lesson he learned was that resilience and the ability to learn from every experience are vital. Adapting to a new culture and enviornment required a new way of thinking, which shaped his approach the challenges. One of his biggest mistakes was not learning from his failures initially. Now, every failure provides valuable experience, making him more likely to succeed in the future. 


Vincent has consistently excelled academically, achieving top grades in economics and sciences while maintaining a a high academic average over the past three to four years. As Co-Chair of the Finance and Economics Society, he organizes impactful events like guest speaker sessions, career fairs, and stock market simulations for over 60 members. His strong critical thinking skills and unique problem-solving approaches stand out. Vincent is also active in extracurriculars, having organized charity events, contributed to the school magazine, and served on the student council. Additionally, he mentors younger students, participates in sports, business internships, and hospital volunteer work, showcasing his well-roundedness and resilience.


In the future, Vincent aspires to use his knowledge and leadership abilities to drive innovation and make a transformative impact in the world. He is committed to fostering sustainable development and advocating for collaboration, aiming to inspire change and create a thriving environment for future generations.
