Meet Steven, a forever-young enthusiast with a passion for curiosity and creativity.. He loves exploring ideas, even if they seem contradictory at times. Steven firmly believes that skill matters more than luck because it's better to focus on what you can control. When he’s passionate about a problem, he doesn’t give up easily and tackles challenges head on. He believes anyone can cultivate the skills of curiosity and determination.


Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Steven faced a profound revelation. He grappled with pursuing lifelong passions, intensified by the monotonous indoors. He learned that while luck may spark interest, it takes skill to sustain passion. Steven's resourcefulness keeps him engaged, bolstering his determination. Public speaking became his solace, blending logic and emotion to conquer obstacles, fostering adaptability and an open-minded approach.


During his high school journey, Steven held leadership roles by establishing clubs like the Debating Club, Eco Club, and Key Club. He also served as the Student Life Representative for the student council, consistently excelling in his subjects, consistently ranking in the top 5-10% of his peers. Steven notably served as the grade 8 Valedictorian during middle school. Beyond the confines of academia, he initiated projects such as creating a company during his participation in the JA company program, whereas as the VP of sales, he garnered awards and recognition, notably winning accolades for both best Sales and Team Choice. Steven gained practical experience as an intern at Now Vertical, effectively bridging the gap between the company and consumers through platforms such as YouTube and Linkedin. 


In Steven's world, personal growth, skill refinement, and societal contribution form the core of his academic and career journey. He aspires to attend a top-tier university, embarking on a fulfilling career that molds his character with adaptability and resilience.
