Makoto is a driven and enthusiastic individual with an insatiable curiosity for learning, exploring, and contributing. Passionate and dedicated to the field of economics, he finds beauty in theorizing human behaviors. He seeks to contribute to communities using his extensive knowledge of economics.


He is also a dedicated soccer player who wears number 7 on his uniform and contributes to his team with hard work and determination. His academic journey began at seven years old when he witnessed the painful scars of the Great East Japan Earthquake in Sendai. Overwhelmed by his helplessness, he realized the importance of living in the moment and the powerlessness of humans against natural disasters. This experience sparked his desire to help those affected, leading to his current dedication to economics.


He ranks in the top 0.1% nationally, demonstrating his solid academic pursuits in a national test with 100,000 participants. He is also a national team member for the International Economics Olympiad. In addition to his academic achievements, he has significantly contributed to his community by founding an economics club where he teaches the fascinating aspects of economics and financial literacy to over 50 students. He shows profound care for people in need and is committed to helping them build better futures, engaging in volunteer work in Shinjuku focused on social services. Personally, he finds fulfillment in talking with his friends.


Makoto aspires to enter a top university to major in economics, where he can further his knowledge and continue to make meaningful contributions to society. He is committed to using his education and skills to create positive change in his community and beyond, shaping a future where economic principles can help build resilient and thriving societies.
