Good time management is a really important skill that anyone can learn. Lakshyaraj figured this out by going through a tough time, dealing with lots of deadlines while trying to balance family, friends, and personal time. By planning his days ahead, setting goals, and using time wisely, he got better at getting things done and didn't feel so stressed about work. Learning to manage time well really helped him during his junior and senior years of school. It taught him to be disciplined, reduced his stress, and made him more productive.
Lakshyaraj earned the 2nd best debater title among 300 participants in the regional round of the World Scholars Cup, while also being an active member of the National Honours Society, consistently securing a spot on the school's principal list for academic excellence. Currently, he’s immersed in crafting a research paper delving into the effects of tourism in rural areas, set to be presented at an upcoming conference. As a leader in the Carbon Sequestration branch, he has orchestrated the successful planting of over 600 trees as part of the Carbon Net Neutral Programme, striving to achieve emissions neutrality for Kodaikanal International School by 2030. Moreover, Lakshyaraj empowered over 70 children in a rural village through education on human and animal rights, as well as safe tourism practices, and have taken up the cause of enhancing digital literacy among adults in rural communities by raising awareness about India.gov.in, thereby enabling direct access to government initiatives.
