Frank Fang

Future of Social Justice,
Youth Advocate

Frank Fang is a student full of curiosity and a strong will to succeed. He dives into his favorite subjects and tackles problems that arise. With great leadership skills, Frank not only follows his passions but also encourages others to work together and make a positive change in the world.

From a young age, Frank Fang was captivated by science, history, and technology, teaching himself about these fields with insatiable curiosity. When he first discovered the Nobel Prize, he pointed to its picture in a book and confidently told his mother, "I will win seven of these prizes." His mother laughed, but Frank was serious; he saw the prize as recognition for those who profoundly impact society, and he believed that changing the world would naturally lead to such honors. As he grew, Frank learned a crucial lesson: real impact requires sustained effort and collaboration, not just individual ambition. This understanding deepened his commitment to his studies, fueling his hope to contribute meaningful changes to the world and perhaps, one day, achieve his ambitious goal.

Frank has consistently excelled in high school, particularly in science and math, achieving high grades and distinctions in the AMC 10 and AIME. He also earned a provincial third prize at the China Adolescents Science & Technology Innovation Contest. As the president of the writing and magazine club Intropectors, which he founded, Frank fosters a deep engagement with literature. He co-founded a science tutoring program for children and recently participated in a philosophy research mentorship with a Cambridge professor. An enthusiastic self-learner, Frank enjoys studying topics like economics and writing fiction. His hobbies include fencing and forging.

Frank’s ambition is to study chemistry and literature (subject to change) at top 20 universities. He plans to continue exploring subjects that captivate him and aims to become a change-maker in the world.
