Aadya, a passionate and driven student, with a strong passion for economics and finance, a field where she continually excels. Her dedication extends beyond academics, as evidenced by her active engagement in music, volleyball, and literature, showcasing her dedication and multifaceted personality.
Her fascination with economics and finance was ignited during her childhood, nurtured by her father, a seasoned professional in the banking and finance sectors. From him, she learned the crucial lesson of the impact of financial literacy on understanding global economic disparities. He inspired her to delve deeper into financial markets and the economy, which enhanced her grasp of the critical issues, such as the widening wage gaps. This knowledge not only fueled her academic pursuits but also shaped her perspective on the vital role of financial education in addressing global challenges.Â
Aadya has consistently excelled in her academics, achieving top marks of 7s and 8s in Individuals and Societies courses for the past years. Beyond the classroom, she actively participates in the sports council, showcasing her musical talent as a singer in the school band and as the lead in the school musical, and extends her passion for education by teaching English to students in Ukraine. Committed to personal growth, Aadya has also enriched her understanding of economics in finance through completing courses in Macroeconomics and Behavioral Finance on Coursera and Udemy.Â
Aaya aims to study in the USA, focusing on a major in finance or economics. Inspired by her father, she not only plans to follow in his footsteps but also aspires to launch her own online payment company, building upon the legacy he established.Â
